Egret Landing is a neighborhood of 169 single-family homes in the southeastern portion of Naples Reserve in South Naples. Developed by Ashton Woods and D.R. Horton, the neighborhood offers one- and two-story residences with lake and landscaped views.
Homes were primarily completed from 2017 through 2020. Because Egret Landing has a limited number of properties, buyers may find only a few active listings—or none matching their needs—at a given time.
Ashton Woods and D.R. Horton offered several coastal-inspired plans on approximately 53-foot homesites. Depending on the design, homes may include two to four bedrooms plus flexible den space, open kitchens and great rooms, covered lanais and attached two-car garages.
Many owners added private pools, spas, outdoor kitchens and storm-protection features. Buyers should compare the builder, floor plan, homesite exposure, lake view, upgrades, condition, HOA responsibilities and CDD assessments for each home.
